CIA's service is supported by a 24 hour-a-day call-out system where highly trained, security cleared engineers are available at any time to respond immediately to customer's requirements.

 Monitored Systems
For extra peace of mind, many of CIA's installations are linked through to our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) via RedCare, CSL Dualcom or IP Connections. These facilities provide continuous monitoring for Intruder Alarm, Panic Button, CCTV and Fire Alarm activations.
