Are your Security Surveyors experienced?
 Yes. All Surveys are carried out by our technical staff (not salesmen!) who have worked for many years in the Security Industry.

Will I be getting value for money?
Yes. All equipment used by Capital is of the highest quality and competitively priced. There are no hidden costs as all prices are clearly set out together with full technical specifications.

Is there much disruption to my premises when a security system is fitted?
No. Our installations are carried out at convenient times and with the minimum disruption. Great care is taken with décor, concealment of wiring is a priority and we tidy up afterwards.

Am I getting the correct type of security system for my premises?
Yes. Our systems are tailor-made and take into account potential environmental situations. Also, a Risk Assessment is carried out to highlight any problems which may be encountered during installation. The systems are designed for ease of operation (user friendly) and this helps reduce false activations.

 Are your engineers competent and trustworthy?
Yes. Our engineers are trained to a high level and their workmanship complies with the latest British and European Standards. All Capital personnel are security vetted as required by NACOSS/NSI and the Police. Sub-contractors are not used.

Will I own the security system when it is installed?
Yes. The vast majority of our systems are purchased outright by the Customer and not rented. However, there is a leasing option for businesses should they wish to pay over a three or five year period.

Do I need an Intruder Alarm System to be maintained?
Yes. A Maintenance Contract ensures that our engineers will attend to any malfunction of the system within 4 hours of your call - day or night. Also, routine servicing will be carried out on your Alarm at intervals in compliance with current standards. These are requirements laid down by NACOSS/NSI, Insurance Companies and the Police. With Capital, the Maintenance Contract may incorporate a full parts and labour Extended Warranty at no extra cost.
