Capital has designed an alarm system especially for Neighbourhood Watch, based on the feedback from its members.
Householders are becoming more concerned as to who will respond to an audible only alarm situation as nowadays the Police generally will not attend unless there is additional confirmation that a break-in has occurred.

Furthermore, it is becoming more necessary that other factors can be identified and responded to, such as Fire, Personal Attack, Carbon Monoxide Leakage, Electrical Supply Failure, even Elderly Care.

Capital's NHW Alarm with 'Protection Plus' can deal with these, and other situations, as it is a 24 hour monitored system.
On activation of a detector or sensor, 'Protection Plus' can contact the Householder by TEXT on a mobile phone, VOICE MESSAGE by telephone and, if required, by E-MAIL. The system actually identifies which type of detector / sensor has activated, along with the location and time. It can also contact up to a further 5 designated persons (neighbours, friends or relatives) in the same manner. This means that the Householder and the other designated persons can be quickly informed as to what is occurring at the home and then able to respond accordingly.

What does the Alarm System consist of?
Capital's NHW Alarm with 'Protection Plus' consists of a Control Panel, Keypad with built-in Personal Attack Button, two Dual Tech Intruder Detectors (Pet tolerant if required), internal and external Sounders and connection to the Intamac Monitoring Service.

The system comes fully installed, and including VAT, at a cost of £546.*

3 x interest free payments can be arranged if required.

Also, for NHW members, there is free Maintenance and Monitoring for the first year.

 A Capital NHW Alarm with 'Protection Plus' can be enhanced with further Intruder Detectors or sensors for the detection of Fire, Carbon Monoxide leakage, Flooding, Elderly Care situations etc.

The system is professionally installed, certificated to NSI/NACOSS gold standard, compliant with the new European Standard EN 50131-1 Grade 2 option X. A full Parts and Labour warranty is available.
