Capital Security Systems has an excellent reputation for the quality of their installation service. This claim is substantiated by the highest gradings that the company receives on the regular NSI/NACOSS inspections. In addition, the ISO 9000 Quality Standard ensures that all of Capital's procedures, including installations, comply with the relevant European and British Standards.
Capital Security Systems engineers have vast experience and training in installation techniques for the appropriate security products. This includes minimum disruption for the customer, special care for the concealment of cabling and tidying up afterwards.

All of Capital's intruder alarm systems are maintained, which is a requirement of NSI/NACOSS, Police and Insurance Companies.
In respect of an 'Audible only' burglar alarm, the system is inspected once a year, round about the anniversary of the installation. During the maintenance inspection, all component parts are checked to ensure that they are working correctly. The rechargeable batteries in the control panel and outside sounder are also tested to determine that they are fully charged.
It is a requirement of the Police and NSI/NACOSS that monitored systems receive a maintenance inspection twice a year. The signaling part of these systems (i.e. the communication link to the Alarm Receiving Station) is additionally checked to make sure it is functioning correctly.
Capital Security Systems intruder alarm systems are fully covered by a parts and labour warranty, which may be renewed on a yearly basis.
