When a prospective customer decides that they require a quotation for an intruder (burglar) alarm system, the first step is to contact a reputable company to arrange a Survey. How is a company known to be reputable?

On arrival at the premise(s), the surveyor will carry out a Risk Assessment. The premise(s) are thoroughly inspected so that an appropriate intruder (burglar) alarm system can be designed and graded in compliance with EN50131-1 and PD6662. Where a Police Response is required, the system must be designed to provide additional confirmation of an intrusion after the first activation.

Within a few days of the survey, the prospective customer will receive Capital Security Systems specification and quotation. On acceptance of the specification and quotation, a convenient date is arranged for the installation to commence. An important factor of the installation is keeping any disturbance to a minimum.
